Project Summary

CONTEXT/BACKGROUND:
The main problem that we confront is the entrepreneur illiteracy and youth unemployment. This problem is a reality in European scale that reflects the socio-economic crisis that Europe is experiencing and that brings all social problems associated with it (refugee crisis, poverty, xenophobia, violence or social exclusion). The development of an initiative and entrepreneurial culture allows the increase of the employability in a direct way and the return of the feeling of identity, ownership and belonging to the youth, aligning them with the fundamental values of the EU, creating positive impact in all socio-economic indicators.
The project meets the identified need to establish a physical and temporal space for sharing of good practice and competences development in young people and youth workers forwarding to build empowerment for inclusive entrepreneurship, allowing in the short and medium term to create positive impacts on social welfare and in the medium and long term on the socio-economic indicators.

OBJECTIVES:
The project has as strategic objectives the acceleration of ideas in the area of inclusive entrepreneurship, the empowerment of young people to entrepreneurship, employability and social inclusion and the creation of social and enterprise projects in the area of entrepreneurship.
Has as general objective the sharing of good practice and dissemination of results in the area of inclusive young entrepreneurship.
The specific objectives are providing young people and youth workers with:
1. Spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship.
2. Inclusive behaviour.
3. Pro-activity and active participation in society.
4. Values such as innovation, change, respect, tolerance and trust.
5. Multicultural experiences of European dimension.
6. Cultural and social competences which allow them to participate in the future in educational and professional multicultural contexts.
7. European certificate of competences validation.
8. Adequacy of learning with the real needs of the labour market.

PARTICIPANTS:
Participants will be 8 youth workers who demonstrate interest and willingness to participate actively in the activities and who will subsequently coordinate and implement project activities.
Will also be 30 young people aged between 13 and 20 years who demonstrate interest and willingness to participate actively in the activities and who have little entrepreneurial and multicultural experience.

ACTIVITIES DESCRIPTION:
1. Planning and management meetings: 1.1 Transnational meetings; 1.2 Online meetings; 1.3 Technical meetings.
2. Production of contents: 2.1 Production of internet media; 2.2 Production of support materials; 2.3 Production of documentation of visibility and dissemination.
3. Training Course: 3.1 Activity of training and preparation, based on non-formal education, of youth workers.
4. Activities of non-formal education: 4.1 Achievement of 8 to 10 sessions; 4.2 Mentoring provided to young people; 4.3 Implementation of the ideas; 4.4 Meetings with success entrepreneurs.
5. Activity of non-formal education mobility (exchange): 5.1 Team lunches; 5.2 Team buildings; 5.3 Guided tours.

METHODOLOGY:
Non-formal education.

2.2 Awareness of communities and organizations to the problem of entrepreneur illiteracy, youth unemployment and social exclusion.
2.3 Awareness of communities and organizations for the use of non-formal education.
2.4 Pro-activity of communities and organizations in the promotion of activities of education and learning.
2.5 Value of associations and business tissue.
2.6 Inclusive behaviours, international collaboration and the appreciation of multiculturalism.
2.7 Involvement of communities and organizations in the debate of social and youth issues.
2.8 Knowledge of foreign languages, including English.
2.9 Participation of young people and organizations in national and European projects.

EXPECTED LONG TERM BENEFITS:
Creating positive impacts on social welfare and on the socio-economic indicators such as the rate of unemployment, rate of social and democratic abstention, GDP, income per capita, Gini coefficient, among others.
