Factors influencing the improvement of lack of communication skills were demonstrating innovative teaching methods in rotation, creating a positive school climate, teamwork, tolerance, creating methodological materials, presentations, videos, collaborative history, user steps to create an internet radio. At the same time, to identify the state of the problems, to promote the professional perspective through exchange of experience and good practices in the field of ICT. All the time the team maintained very good cooperation, documented, disseminated the results. Collaboration included discussing issues, co-developing materials to make decisions. In partner schools, speaking in English is practically seen as a problem in countries such as Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Italy and Poland where English is taught as a foreign language. According to the results of the test applied to 9th grade students from partner schools; Hadim MTAL has 36.3%, Toma Sokolescu 54.3%, Poland 63.7%, Italy 45.3%, Bulgaria 52%. The percentage indicates that there is a problem in speaking skills and we have focused on this in the project. The final results show that the project has played a positive role: Hadim MTAL has 48, 6%, Toma Sokoleskus 72.8%, Poland 73.7%, Italy 72.9%, Bulgaria 72.9% .We took advantage of the NLP / Neoro language programming as a methodology of our project on the way the brain works and how the brain Can be trained for improvement and benefit From the LAD / Language Acquisition Device /. The project involved a multitude of activities and events that took place through distance cooperation. The first transnational meeting was launched, additional measures and clear outline of the program, timing, the strategic tasks, a signed agreement between the partners and the NA’s remarks were presented. Each subsequent Teaching, learning and training mobility was conducted according to the planned activities and was supported by the school leaders, parents, teachers and volunteer students and teachers. Some of the most effective learning and pedagogical approaches were experimented, integrated with ICT in curricula The above-mentioned activities were supported and disseminated through online platforms, media, meetings with local authorities, informal talks and platforms specifically tailored to the needs of the project as well as through the social media. As a result, the materials can be downloaded and used for the needs of the schools. In conclusion, during the two years of the project implementation the participating teachers had the opportunity to develop or improve their pedagogical skills and experience with European projects while the participating students practiced in Teaming up, organizing events, exacerbating their creativity, communicating with their peers abroad and especially strengthening their sense of responsibility.
