Project Summary

The complex talent development program consisted of several cooperating workshops which reinforced and completed one another. The focus was on learning and transferring the best practices, meeting the partners and creating a joint project-product.The aim of the project was to acquire mathematical, scientific, technical, digital competences and the ones necessary for further studies and professional training, furthermore to promote and strengthen the existing competencies of our and of the partner institutions’ students and teachers.

The aims of the project were entirely and successfully reached. The students’ digital competences were gradually developed :students and teachers worked out lesson plans together. These plans were accomplished during the international partner-meetings ,then the experiences were summarized. The preliminary lesson plans were transformed into final lesson plans and a teaching material was created at the end of the project. This material is possible to be used in any type of education. The training material will be shared not only with the project partners, but also the other players in education. The outcome are available on the Erasmus+ Mobility Results Platform, on the webpages of each partner country, and the common webpage of the project. The results were sent to the educational knowledge-sharing sites of the participating countries as well ( Hungary: Educational Department, Talent-managing Council).

Another aim of the project was to organize visits at the partner-meetings to assist career orientation. On each occasion , participants visited a factory with robot application examples,/robotic workplaces in different economic and other fields,/university / research and development space-depending on local conditions), in which the students involved in could get personal experience about researches in robotics and their application in practice. These visits were followed by reports which were published on the website of the project.

In addition to the improvement of the participants’ digital competence, intercultural competences were also developed being supported by the cultural and sparetime activites organized by all host partners. The sightseeing tours in English helped to destroy the language barriers.

The participating partners had the same demands before planning the project: involving a wide range of students into advanced levels of robotics, assisting career choice, the creation and usage of effective guidance for teachers. This goal was achieved for each school. The students could acquire not only theoretical but also practical experiences as it was reflected in the results of the contentment survey. Visiting factories and universities promoted the students’ career-orientation, too.Obtaining experience in a European context contributed to the extra knowledge of both the students and the teachers, which advances willingness to study or finding jobs within the European Union. Over and above that it strengthens the competitiveness of the participating institutions. The participating partners shared their experiences with one another. The lesson plans will be built in the curricula thus the mutually developed product will further be utilized.

Owing to the positive experience and the success of the co-operation, the partnership will continue in further projects, and the results of other projects of the partners can also be shared on the electronic surface.
