Project Summary
The incubator is a project that design youth work on basement of community projects in every country and to empower young people by helping them to realize projects. The project will build the capacity of partners to engage at all geographic areas from local to European and enable partners new to transnational activity to experience the values of this form of learning.
4 partners from 4 countries will work closely together to achieve the project aims; which is to
-develop local youth system to help young people to develop their projects and implement them in their community;
-develop entrepreneurship among young people and give them tools for create their own future in their countries;
-aid significantly to the individual participant and partner capacity, expertise and knowledge;
–share best practice between partners and through active dissemination with a wider audience.
This will be achieved through a program of 4 short-term training events and 5 transnational meetings attended by all partners, where the host will share their work and that of local stakeholders in the fields of community and youth work.
Concerning the participants, we involve 20 persons, that means 5 per country and 80 participants in total who will be chosen by each organization. Moreover, our purpose is to improve ourselves in this project and give the opportunity to the maximum of motivated persons. As a consequence, we will all be looking for four groups of active people who are coming with an idea, with the will of creating a community project. Partners will be more empowered, individual participants selected by partners will benefit from an important professional development opportunity. Young people from partner localities will benefit from enhanced provision resulting from piloting and mainstreaming new methodologies learned from the engagement, sharing and learning with partner. Local communities will benefit from piloting community projects and youth work from new system that support young people to be involved in community.
Therefore,we will have four different periods for the development of the projects in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Estonia. Description of this different periods of the project that will take place in each countries:
1) Study visits will share and present good examples of project involvement young people to community, create and give the tools which helps of the creation-incubating of the projects. Those C1-C4 visits will give the impulsion and the necessary knowledge to the participants. It will be a phase of teaching activity in order that the participants understand what are the issues and the problems and how to look for solution. Then, they will practically work in the teams for the different community projects and prepare the writing process by developing their idea and think about the organization of online work.
2) 3 months of online work in order to develop international communications between youth communities to develop local community projects. During this period, the different teams will work together online thanks to different way of communication. We will test different tools who can help young people to devolop local community projects, their involvement.

3) Transnational meetings (M1-M4) for discussion about publication of Good Practice Guide online and project issues (M5+M1-M4) and to present the results of online work after each study visit as a international team to the others participants but also to the members of the local community and decision makers.
4) Implementation by the local communities with assitancy of our participants – we give to the participants the necessary tools to be able to transmit their knowledge and accompanied other persons to develop this type of project of dynamisation for an area. Moreover, an online conference of evaluation will be organized in order to make the point on the realization of the different projects, to exchange about the results and the impacts on the community.
Active dissemination to raise the project profile will be continuous throughout the project, as will evaluation / monitoring to ensure we maximize learning and outcomes. From the program of 4 training courses we will identify examples of good practice/community project/youth involvement in community with new ideas and showcase the results in the publication of Good Practice Guide. This will ensure that the knowledge gained by partners is effectively shared at project conclusion to inform and inspire other organizations from all sectors across Europe on how they engage with young people and pass onto them valuable skills in the field of community involvement / entrepreurship / active citizenship.
