Our kindergarten has a partnership with the University of Bucharest and organize teaching practice of students who will be future teacher, every year. If our teachers learn new teaching methods this means better training for future teachers from university implicitly students learn better. This project is an opportunity for a good experience on international training because in kindergarten there are three national trainers who will be able to grow their experience of trainers for a future project in which we can form other teachers.
We haven’t many international experience, but we have very good team, motivated to work hard. All activities will be useful for us, because we will meet new cultures, teaching methods , ideas for work.
Team work among teachers from 4 states with different cultural backgrounds will increase work motivation and satisfaction in personal life, portability of results and the impact of the project on beneficiaries.
The teachers involved in this project perfectly empathize with the inclusion of children with special needs in order to carry out activities specific to the chosen theme, working differently and adapting learning content to the needs and individual peculiarities of children.
The teachers will exchange best practices for upgrading of teaching- learning that would provide an education centered on the individual needs of children, stimulate their creativity and support children in personal development, in order to achieve better results by learning and guidance in adult life. Teachers will use a variety of styles and strategies teaching and learning in their classrooms, children are encouraged to work together and teachers to adapt their lessons depending needs of children, developing the understanding and the respect of each and every one differences.
Preschool education are the direct beneficiaries of teachers’ action, being the target group. Parents are permanently advised to be aware of the need for inclusion of children, along with direct beneficiaries.
Aristocratic Cats is a kindergarten where positive and open minded thinking are baselines.
That’s why, in this project we are partners with National College of Music “George Enescu” , one of the most important artistic pre-university education institutions in Romania. With whom we carry out various activities, having the possibility to observe the evolution of the children in the future.
So, we look forward to the development of this project in order to reach clear and coherent conclusion and results that will help teachers in their relationship with the family and the activity according to the individual particularities of the children with special needs and even completing the legislation with aspects of the new European educations.
