Through the exchange on the basis of our Erasmus project with the participating vocational schools Obchodni academy, Stredni zdrvotnicka skola, Stredni odborna skola sluzeb aJazykova ska s pravem statni jazykove zkousky Jihlava and the State vocational school economy / administration-Dr. Eduard Amthor Gera intend to work together with the partners in the digitization of teaching and academic processes. The objectives of this are the development of digital communication in school matters between all internal stakeholders such as students, teachers, school management and administration, the exchange of digital communication opportunities to extracurricular partners, a concept for empowering students and teachers to use digital media, the Didactic -methodical implementation of teaching content using digital media in lesson examples, the organization of academic processes using digital media and the coordination of measures for data security. The focus is on the full involvement of stakeholders: students, teachers and extracurricular partners. By learning the different ways of thinking and working, we want to recognize important trends as early as possible and gain impulses for innovations. By opening up development processes, we contribute to increasing the innovation potential of all those involved. Participants in the planned 4 exchanges will be teachers and student groups of 10 pupils from the professions of photographer, hairdresser, the occupational field of economy / administration and the upper secondary school.
There are planned lessons with digital implementation. Students should be familiarized with the industry-specific software. During and between stays the communication to these contents should be done digitally. As a result, we expect an intensification of the use of digital media in all the aforementioned areas and an increase in the media literacy of the participants. This should also continue in the long term in school development and contribute to the fulfillment of a progressive education and training mission.
