Project Summary
Our project is aimed at making the construction of our school’s identity sustainable. By continuing the school activities which are already being led with social and educational values of the European patrimony , we want to promote the acquisiton of the following abilities and competences : cross-disciplinary (writing and langages), the discovery of the European patrimony , creation of a European identity. This will be the result of a few activities like the European Book Prize, a leaflet that will present the various local sites of Historical memory and the European week. 5 classes are concerned, a group of four different nationalities : Spanish , Portuguese, Austrian and French. It reprensents a total number of 120 pupils, five teaching staff of different subjects, pupils’ parents and more generally employees of the school. Social and political partners will also be part of this two-year project. It will also enable to create a partnership with different schools, in various countries and to strengthen those already existing. Moreover the sharing of practices will make possible for the different actors to benefit from national teaching experiences and to be« a think-tank » for a collaboration between junior and senior high schools as well as in the link between high-shool and further education. Last but not least, we’ll propose to our pupils and youngsters the opportunity to think over the work of historical memory and create links with their fellow partners to make the European identity stronger .
