Project Summary

,,We want a better future!” focuses on how we might influence our future in positive ways, through studying:
“We want a better future”, the main goal of the project is to bring positive and long-lasting benefits
Effects on understanding and better reaction to social, ethnic, linguistic and cultural diversity and understanding of the diversity of cultures means understanding and respect for man rights and democracy and encourage tolerance and respect for other peoples and cultures. If we do we know each other, we can come to the conclusion of a better understanding and recognition of competencies and a qualifications in Europe and beyond. Also, people’s meetings reinforce people’s motivation to learn less widely used language and English as a world language, so this project has a positive impact on a more active participation in society. This project allows us to have a more positive attitude towards a European project and EU values.
The project pursues four themes that include family life, traditional dances and music, traditional meals, traditional handmade products. These themes allow us to incorporate goals of the project in the curriculum, in order to encourage didactic approaches, innovative strategies, creativity and to build the spirit of teamwork through modern technological communication. Besides, we will use our shared project meetings for presentations. 6 schools from 6 countries want to create a sense of European citizenship based on understanding and respect for other people and their culture.
The innovation of the project is based on the fact that it covers the school communities understood as a whole system involving students, teachers and families in planned activities so that we can we reach the general public. Our goal is to disseminate the ongoing development of the project through internet, live broadcasts, local newspapers, radio and television.
The project will have approximately 120 employees and students employed in 6 mobility in Spain, Turkey, Poland, Romania, Italy and Portugal for a period of 2 years.
The full list of project results includes the following:
* 6 short student exchanges, in which students will work together to develop collaboration skills, communication skills, problem solving, teamwork, critical thinking and learning and different cultures of countries.
* Students train colleagues when they return to school
* Collaboration in e-twinning
* Compiling students and implementing the project
The benefits of the project are priceless and long-lasting because our project wants to have the social and educational value of Europe’s cultural heritage, its contribution to job creation, economic growth and social cohesion “and is the basis for it – the development of both teachers and pupils, multiple
from a cultural point of view, to respect different religions, beliefs, skin color, to help minorities and migrants inclusion in our societies. We are all different, but at the same time we all have the same emotions, internal units, we are all human beings. Through this project we want to show that there are differences that exist
in Europe all together create a new European culture.
The project will also help develop several areas of personal and professional development for staff: organizational, linguistic, leadership and ICT skills in particular.
