Project Summary

To cooperate on quality increasing of European education in the area of mechanisation in agriculture is very important. The cooperation leads to several aims: to rise the transparency in educational systems in different states, to regulate different courses by EQF, EQVET, ECVET, to make study abroad simple and to make OVP education more attractive.
In such an important branch like agriculture we must look into the future and rise up knowledge about competences and skills necessary for young people to employ themselves. Students´preparation must be in harmony with practice´s needs when we want them to work and study succesfully in Europe. There is coresponsibility for quality increasing and better position of this profession. The project is oriented on these priorities:
One of bacis demands on practical education is an ability to react and adapt at the labour market. „Europe wants to become more inteligent, maintanaible, compendious. To reach this goal we need flexible top quality systems of education and practical preparation that interact on changing conditions of the labour market – employer´s demands“. This project is the result of needs coming from employers – new field agromechatronic has been formulated just for these practical reasons.
Strenghtening of information and communication technologies in training will lead to transparency of education. There will be applicated rights and duties of the users and providers of the digitalised content.
Support of higher coherence between different EU countries is going to ensure cross connection of European education and labour market as well.
The project is based on three intellectual outputs. The project can be described in various levels:
Increasing the competences of teachers, OVP practical teachers and coaches in tools for measuring and comparison of quality of education. All interested will have higher competence to judge (consider) and understand different school systems.
When we want to have better tools for work, there is a need to build e-platform where it is easy to update important documents and to develop Learning Management System for student´s use as well. We should establish the common professional language and have reference material. Nowdays this material does not exist. We have decided to create e-learning platform which can work as a classical book and mainly as a tool for information and communication development. Cross connection among OVP teachers and coaches thanks to digital platform wil make closer team work and better synergy.
All partners will contribute with their knowledge and participation at international summits – the teachers, OVP practical teachers and OVP coaches. The material created together will lead to the improvement of language and professional skills. All project results will be after copyright published on the web platform and accesible during all project´s duration and after its end. These surroundings will be accesible for schools of similar branchn, for employers, associations and other organisations dealing with this topic.
