Both training sessions LTA1 and LTA2 are based on action-research-participation methology.
The logic of the LTAs activities is the following:
Action-research-participation methods > used in 2 trainings that will take in account the “entire trinity” in each session > combining contents with operative session and activities > with different actors experts in contents and didactics and those expert in developing of tools and designing of activities.
LTA1 Training for trainers in Poland focused on contents for new the developing of new training program. At the base there will be an analysis of the different contexts, realities, actors, opportunities and obstacles.
In this activity will take part 3 participants/trainers per partner and the main activities are focused on: – Work on the content of the trainings modules, tools. Selection of subjects and thematics to work with for the implementation and creation of training tools and modules.
– Design and creation of template to facilitate the work of creation of new training programs based on the developed tools and modules.
