Project Summary

Our project developed basic and transversal skills – language skills, digital competences and the use of innovative pedagogical approaches in business education with the use of IT technologies through the creation of student mini-enterprises. The project involves pupils and teachers of 4 secondary schools from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Italy. Pupils start pupils’ mini-businesses with the following areas of business: Czech Republic – Marketing and Advertising Agency, Slovakia – Regional Tourism Travel Agency, Poland – Regional Cuisine Bistro, Italy – Catering Company. The pupils created a website where they posted information about their mini-businesses. 96 pupils and teachers traveled in four joint meetings. At these meetings, they will present the activities of their mini-businesses, theoretically and practically, to attend workshops with young entrepreneurs and representatives of the social partners, and get to know their countries and regions. Increase their IT skills by completing training courses through ECVET. During the implementation of the 28-month project, they produced the following joint outputs: a website, an e-glossary of economic and business terms and a time-lapse documentary film with English subtitles. The joint outputs will be usable and updated even after the project is completed.
