Project Summary

The first goal of this project is to add value to the professional training of our students by creating postcards dealing with cutural differences as well as likenesses between France and Germany.

Never so far have our students had the opportunity to carry out such tremendous projects. That’s the reason why we feel so proud and enthusiastic at the prospect of Organizing this fruitful swap with Germany.

Gathering our students’ professional skills in order to achieve an international project is a real incentive and would undoubtedly cause a surge of interest and boost them.

This would be a true challenge they would lead them to outdo themselves. This could establish a recognition of both their involvement and our dedication !

The hope of being given the grant as well as the achievement of the project would develop their team spirit and allow our printing department to be focussed on, and of course, enhance the training at our vocational school. The stay in Germany along with the friendly links already existing with the German teacher herald a long-lasting relationship (She came over to meet us on her own initiative, during her holidays which is worth mentioning).

Our students’well-being means a lot to us what we are aiming at is to make them genuine European citizens and to highlight the training in printing and DTP they get at our vocational school so as they should become more mature. We also wish to enable them to shape their professional career history thanks to innovative and rewarding projects like this one.

We are aware of how tough it can be for them to find a job in France after passing their diploma so this project could help them open up, develop their willingness to work abroad discover a new culture improve their cross-disciplinary and professional skills and definitely make their occupational integration easier.

Becoming a skilled-worker is no easy task is no easy task this starts off by assessing the need of cultural and professional exchanges Having a sense of sharing so as to build authentic citizenship.
