Project Summary

The towns that integrate the project are characterized by the wealth and diversity of their cultural heritage and their landscapes, a great quantity and quality of natural, agricultural, cattle and tourist resources but they are not exploit even not recognized by the population. This carries to the youngest inhabitants they prefer emigrating to big cities because they think that they will have more opportunities of work and success. Therefore our towns have a great depopulation and they waste the resources that they have available.

Our aims about this project it is that the pupils know and work all the resources that have available in order to in a future they could extract benefit of them and not to be obliged to leave to other cities, so we will centre on the development on four basic sectors:
– Tourism.
– Agriculture and ranching
– Manufacture of the natural resources.
– Use of natural spaces to make improvements in responsable rural tourims.
The principal aims we claim in this project they are the following ones:
– To create innovative minds
– To promote the managerial initiative
– To know the use of natural resources
– To know the whole potential of the social networks and to work with them and the ITCs.

All the planned activities in this project will be carried aou in order the pupils know and work on their environment and they are capable of kowing and seeing the possibilities of work that this can offer them.

The planned activities are the following ones:
– Visits and workshops to the different agricultural zones, to see his production and to know the processing of these natural products – Visits and workshops different cattle zones, to see their production and to know the processing of the products.
– Visits to the different historical monuments that exist near our communities in order that they know the tourist and economic potential that they can contribute.
– Sports Activities in order that they know the tourist and economic potential that they can reach
– Different workshops of crafts
– To set up fictitious companies to work with all the upper class pupils of our partners with the purpose that they know the big opportunities that Internet can offer them for the trade and business.
– To work with the ICT to create blogs, web pages.
– Creation and work of an ecological garden in the school
– Markets will be carried out to involve the whole community in the work of the pupils.

All the key conpetencies will be worked in the planned activities. In almost all of the activities the whole educational staffl, the parents, the Town Hall staff,
businessmen, craftsmen, farmers and ranchers will be involved. The methodology will be active with a cooperative learning and based on projects. The learning will be significant, developing the motivation and promoting the creativity, the initiative and the innovation. We will work also fiipped classroom methodology where the pupils will investigate by themselves in those tasks we entrust them and they will be worked at class later extending or solving doubts.
As result of this project, it is hoped the pupils have an opened creative innovative mentality. That they are capable of working in groups and collaborating with others. they are capable of apreciating the help and the experience of other people.Students are capable of knowing the resources of their area and getting proficts of them. They handle the ICTs resources and take advantage of Internet and all the advantages they can get from it With the whole media diffusion t we carry our on our project throught Internet, newspapers, radio etc. we expect a very positive impact since it is an innovative project where the whole educational community is implied and we wish schools from other towns with the same problem encourage to work with their pupils in this matter.
With a well executed and carried our project we can change the mentality of our pupils and also of the whole community. We have the hope our work will be beneficial for our comunities during the project and after this one, because we have the intention of continuing working in all the aspects mentioned in the future.
