AMDB in Budapest for the second Peer Review of SZIF
Eight months after the first online peer review in Hungary in February 2021, two representatives of the AMDB network travelled to Budapest to assess the progress of the Hungarian Salesian network SZIF’s international outreach strategy.
The Peer Review is a means of evaluation used in the Erasmus+ KA3 DB WAVE (Don Bosco Web for a more Accessible and inclusive VET in Europe) project organised by the Salesian network at European level.
For the first time in 2021, Rose-Marie ENRIQUEZ-VIEU, International Project Manager for the AMDB network, and Pascale Raffier, expert-consultant for the DB WAVE project, met with the executives of the SZIF organisation, Attila Koblencz, Head of the School Sector, and Gábor Winkler, Project Coordinator, as well as with representatives of the three Hungarian vocational education centres:
- László Varga, Deputy Director at META-Don Bosco Institute,
- József Haslasz, Directeur, and Adreienn Szarka, finance manager, at the SZAMALK-Salesian Institute,
- Béla Molnár-Gál, Directore of Don Bosco Kazincbarcika Center.
During these peer-to-peer exchanges, the evolution of SZIF’s international strategy was evaluated by applying the criteria and methodology of peer review. At the end of the exchanges, an initial analysis was shared with the SZIF network managers. It will be formalised in a more detailed report in the coming weeks.
