Project Summary
As part of a work on the specific topic of the first professional experience, the pupils are asked to exchange, discover the professional world (companies, associations and public administrations). They forge links, build relationships which enable them to get to know each other better and to better understand the world of work at European level (=in Europe).
Their curriculum are different but each student must complete at least one internship between September 2020 and June 2022. This project is therefore a source of inspiration and motivation for students but also for teachers who will have the opportunity to discover the different pedagogical approaches that prepare students as soon as they enter their internship. It is a way to boost continuous professional development.
The cross-cutting skills targeted by this project are manifold :
– Encourage students motivation: the student finds his/her place in his/her class group but also in the group created on Etwinning in contact with students from other classes. The student must be able to gain self-confidence and self-esteem after the project. This project should enable the students to gain in self-confidence and self-esteem.
– Encouraging students to get organized : through exchanges and the various activities offered, students must plan their tasks to carry out the expected work/ the work expected.
– Facilitate students’ orientation: thanks to the various exchanges within the framework of the project, the pupil questions his/her choices and confronts them with other young people. He/she refines his educational orientation and his/her personal professional project by verbalizing and highlighting it.
– Foster cooperation and collaboration: tasks will sometimes be proposed individually (everyone must create their CV for example), but also collectively (presenting their city, their region for example can be done in small groups).
– Foster communication: students will use all written and oral communication tools (exchange of documents, photos and videos, etc.).
– Promote imagination and creation: students will be encouraged to create original documents to introduce themselves, to present their city or the profession they have chosen.
– Improvement of foreign languages: English and Spanish
