Project Summary
In the context of an increasingly globalized Europe where opportunities for studying or employment are limitless and in an era in which technology seems to dominate every aspect of our private and professional life, interpersonal behavior and relationships should be a priority. The old rules for social behavior have lost any significance for this “global generation”, who can instantly connect to people in any corner of the world but who in fact doesn’t know how to do it.
The specific objective of our project is decreasing bullying to an extent (10%) .
We want to reach at least 8000 people with this project and the participants will be mostly from students, parents, teachers and other related people on the subject.
We will carry out different kinds of activities which cover different age and different cultural and economic background groups in different kinds of activities. The participants in the project will consist of not only students but also teachers and parents. All the activities will be social and interactive ones, which encourage the students and other people to work in a team soul no matter how old they are or what their economical backgrounds are.
Open Method of Coordination, which has been approved by the European Comission, will be used in the project. According to this method, everything will be transparent and the responsibilities will be distributed among the partners.
At the end of the project, we will have outputs which will be internationally available.
Our project, as transnational cooperation will demonstrate as impact a reinforced interaction between practice and policy decisions in each partner country and at the level of our network.
On long-term, when the activities of the project will be achieved, we believe that the change will be brought to the students’ and parents’ lives and careers .This process has the aim to place new methods and adaptation programs in schools and by this way to increase the awareness of students’ showing more respect for the others, their self-esteem and attitude to life.
