Project Summary
Cultural entrepreneurship is an important issue in European policies Framework. It takes in exam two main problems that affect the Union: lack of occupation and necessity of innovation. The main objective of the European Union is to create occupation and new skills in order to tackle with labour market’s demands as is written in “A new skills agenda for Europe”.
RESONANT aims at answering to these requests and focus on the creation of new skills in cultural and entrepreneurial field.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES
Increase the competences on the figure of the cultural entrepreneur at European level. To achieve this goal, we need to define some specific objectives.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
SO1: Find the common definition of the figure of cultural entrepreneur at European level
SO2: Contribute to enhance fundamental key skills related to cultural entrepreneurship, in order to tackle with labour’s market challenges
SO3: Increase awareness about cultural entrepreneurship through innovative and digital media
PROJECT ACTIVITIES RESULTS will be clearly related to the specific objectives of the project.
SO1 refers to IO1: Report about the study done
SO2 refers to IO2: Creation of a training course
SO3 refers to IO3: Creation of an online platform with best practices related to cultural entrepreneurship
PARTNERS: 5 partners from 4 countries will take part to this project:

TARGET GROUPS
– Aspiring entrepreneurs/start-ups interested in the cultural field
– Neets interested in the cultural field/ who want to be entrepreneurs.
Description of ACTIVITIES:
– project management activities
– quality assurance and evaluation activities
– analysis of cultural entrepreneurs’ skills: drawing report
– RESONANT training programme
– Online Interactive map of Best Practices
– Interactive (E-learning) Training platform
– project web site (design and programming, content)
– testing and piloting activities with the learning activity
– dissemination activities
– communication plan
METHODOLOGY: The partnership was defined keeping in mind every partner’s specific skills. The dissemination and communication parts, and the management parts were guaranteed for the whole duration of the project.
IMPACT: increased competences on cultural entrepreneurship, want to-be entrepreneurs, workers, learners, trainers and teachers; increased awareness of participants (at local, national, European level) about opportunities and innovative trends (as the application of the principles)
PARTICIPANTS: number of participants from the target group and potential beneficiaries: at least 250
