Project Summary

Through the project “Intercultural Diversity – an Integration Model, we aimed at facilitating direct access to education (informal, non-formal) and personal development, through art and dance, for a minimum of 90 persons with physical disabilities from 3 partner countries, in the time frame 03 October 2016 – 02 October 2018, 100% objective, the creation of an innovative product (video guide of good practice in the field of dance adapted for people with disabilities), distributed directly to more than 500 specialists working with people from disadvantaged backgrounds (teachers and social workers), in order to distribute and extend the results of the project on a large scale, 100% achieved;
A campaign at local / national / European level to provide people with special needs access to basic and cross-curricular skills (at all levels) to inclusive education for the development of social, civic competences to combat existing disparities and discrimination against disadvantaged people (with a focus on people with disabilities), in the timeframe of 03 October 2016 – 02 October 2018, achieved in the proportion of 80%, at the level of Romania, but there are perspectives of communication with the competent institutions that give us hope of more interest in solving access to public space for all members of the community, France and Spain are recognized as an international model for the interest of the state institutions in this regard.

The raw photo-video material has been carefully crafted and worked, the three partner countries have worked very well in making the presentations and descriptions required on the project, has been successful and will continue to be successful at future presentations, being a promoter of a great therapy effective recovery, socialization, integration and rehabilitation for people with disabilities and beyond.
The success of this project can also be measured by referring to the local institutions that have found the way to be more present and more attentive to the needs of people with disabilities, accepting and promoting the actions proposed by us, a positive and encouraging thing (organizing the first Festival of adapted dance from Romania – 27 – 30 September 2018, Brasov).
Also, the area of ​​dissemination of dance information tailored for people in disadvantaged situations has expanded, receiving countless invitations to festivals organized by associations belonging to other disadvantaged groups, the Zambeste for the Future Association, the “Travel of the Talents” contest.
The number of direct and indirect beneficiaries benefiting from information and lessons from the project “Intercultural Diversity – an Integration Model” has exceeded the indicators proposed by the project and what is most important is the development and continuity of this initiative.
The presentation of intellectual information, main moments, emotions and artistic experiences, interviews and performances on the stage or in the audience, which accumulate the mirroring of a 100% successful project on the web page of Sf. The project “Intercultural Diversity – an Integration Model is a project realized and appreciated in 100% by all project partners, all the activities and objectives proposed have been successfully achieved and achieved.
Participating organizations through the specialists involved in supporting the training and training of the beneficiaries have demonstrated professionalism, commitment and dedication to all present groups (to be followed in the descriptions and presentations of the choreographers, the attention they give to the details and the way they are involved in the creation and organizing a choreography in a new or very little known group), which denotes the flexibility and wide range of addressability of dance to any other disadvantaged target group.
All project activities, starting with project preparation activities: Transnational project meetig and Short-term joint staff training events (C1), continuing with the mobility activities developed in the three partner countries Blended mobility of adult lerners (C2, C3, C4) and finalizing with the multiplication stage (E1, E2), were carried out according to the chart established with ANPCDEFP, reaching the proposed indicators.
The management, the involvement of the specialists employed in the project and the intellectual product achieved on the project are the indicators of a well structured and organized project by all partners.
Project partners have found resources and support to continue and develop the project.
