Project Summary
The project “Does culture matter?” is implemented between Marc 2015 and January 2016 by a consortium of partners from Romania, Sweden, Turkey, Indonesia, Nepal and Kyrgyzstan. The project is designed for trainers, coaches, mentors and teachers working in inter-cultural environment and with culturally diverse youth groups.Culture is in the center of all the project activities: one study visit in Romania, one training course in Romania, one on-line coaching program, one training course in Indonesia.The project aims to define the role of culture knowledge in trainers, teachers, mentors work by creating practical and critical inter-cultural training environment for participants, and its further analysis. Also, the project aims to provide a good base for exchange of knowledge, best practices, innovative ideas in the field of methodology by involving partners from formal and non-formal education
