Project Summary
E-MPROVER is a project proposal for a cross-sectors partnership consisting of SEP (applicant organization), Infolog, Inercia Digital and IED. The purpose of this project is to contribute to the social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities through the development of competencies in the field of web entrepreneurship. In order to achieve the goal, the partners have proposed to develop a non-formal learning tool to be used by youth workers in training with young people with fewer opportunities. We have established this transnational and cross-sectors partnership because the
problem of social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities is European and the solution can only come from collaboration between organizations working in different areas to have a comprehensive picture of the phenomenon.
Partners propose 3 objectives for the project to achieve its goal:
OB1. Developing the skills of 12 youth workers through transnational learning and sharing best practices for using E-MPROVER in youth training activities to initiate an online business.
OB2. Improving the skills of 40 young people with reduced opportunities by using the E-MPROVER training program to guide them in initiating and managing an online business.
OB3. Developing a European-wide network of organizations that use and promote E-MPROVER to stimulate young people to start an online business.
To achieve these objectives, an implementation plan has been developed which includes activities
aimed at achieving these three objectives.
Developing the E-MPROVER intellectual output consisting of 3 modules (How to Plan a Web Business, How to Manage a Web Company, and Use ICT to Promote and Sell on Internet), an E-learning Platform and a Virtual Online Training Tutorial.
Each partner will contribute to this output. The production will be piloted by two target groups. First, a group of 12 youth workers will participate
in a training and exchange of good practices activity in the field of entrepreneurship, where they will learn to use and test the E-MPROVER intellectual output.
Based on feedback, production will be reviewed. The youth workers will have 3 training workshops with 40 young people with fewer opportunities, in order to develop their competences for an online business and both the E-MPROVER testing. The workshops were designed not only to develop competencies, but also to answer the social inclusion need of youngster with fewer opportunities.
Valuing E-MPROVER will be achieved by developing a network of organizations at European level to use this tool in social inclusion activities with young people with fewer opportunities. An important role in creating this network will have the multiplier events that will be developed by each partner at the end of project.
In order to achieve the objectives of the implementation plan, it will be monitored throughout the period, by collecting information on the status of activities , by the local coordinator .
Monitoring will ensure compliance with all stages of project implementation and the quality of the activities and results obtained. The project results, especially intellectual, will be properly monitored by the Quality Commission to meet the Erasmus + standards.
The results of the E-MPROVER project will have a visible impact on all the categories involved in the project activities and on the members of the local communities and also at national and European level.
The project responds to the horizontal priority “Social inclusion” because it addresses and uses as a target gro ,young people with fewer opportunities. The project also aims, the “Promoting young people’s education and training activities” and “Promoting the quality, innovation and recognition of youth work” by providing a modern training tool for youth workers.
Dissemination and post-implementation activities will ensure the viability of intellectual output also after the completion of the funding period. During the multiplier events, a network of partners will be created to which the project results will be transferred.
