Project Summary
It is an undeniable fact that the COVID-19 Outbreak, which affects the whole world, affects many areas in our lives and pushes us to develop and implement different solutions. Education is one of the areas most affected by the epidemic.This pandemic process, which we have experienced as the whole world since the end of 2019, has shown that digital transformation has become a necessity in the field of education as in many other fields.The questions such as whether this transformation will cover all educational processes or to switch to a blended learning model in a face-to-face and distance manner are again the issues we will learn by living and over time. However, in order to transform the digital learning environments we have passed due to COVID-19 into an advantage, we should develop our online courses not as if we were lecturing in the classroom, but by finding ways to research, learn to learn and support their own development. and let us ensure that this process is managed in the best way for the future with all our special stakeholders. In this sense, strengthening the professional development of teachers, which is one of our project priorities, is of great importance. Promoting the development of key competences, which is another priority, will be supported by our efforts to increase digital competencies and learning to learn competencies from 8 key competences within the scope of our project. Developing digital competencies for distance and online education, including digital literacy, is of great importance by all actors of education on the basis of teachers, students and parents.
In addition, planning and implementing teachers’ processes by parents, planning the learning processes of the students themselves, planning and implementing the assessment processes in a way that will increase the student’s learning motivation by purifying them from classical methods, and how parents will support these two actors are directly related to the priority of learning to learn.
The target groups of our project are high school students aged 15-19, teachers from all branches and parents. The needs of our target groups are;

In order to manage the project targets we will organize 4 LTT activities. They will focus on:
“How to Plan Online Courses and Distance Education”, “Evaluation and Measurement in Online and Distance Education”, “More Comprehensive and Sustainable Education with Blended Learning and Learning to Learn” and “e-Guide”.
With the added value those LTT activities will bring to all partner schools in the eyes of participating teachers, all stakeholders of the educational community, which we reach through eTwinning, social media, monday.com virtual classroom, especially partners and practice schools, will gain knowledge, skills and competence in all components of online and distance education. They will contribute to the long-term goal of sustainability in education.
The concrete outputs that we will promote and disseminate within the scope of the project will be the Project website, the Project e-guide, the project magazine, the project film and the report named “Principles of Digital Transformation in Education”. The most appropriate way to deliver these concrete outputs to the target audience is through face-to-face and online meetings and social media accounts, apart from institutional visits.
