Project Summary
This project proposal seeks to create an innovative approach to support competitiveness and employment, ensure smart, inclusive and sustainable growth through better integration and mobility in the labor market.
The main activity of the project is the development of a web-based platform for search and supply of workforce. It will strengthen the connection between the staff and employers. Through separate panels in the platform, there will also be an opportunity to increase the language skills of potential mobile staff. The virtual availability of the product will facilitate access for users facing various difficulties – physical, healthy, social and more. This will put into practice horizontal EU policies and enhance cooperation between all actors in public processes. It will promote employability, improve the quality of the workforce offered, improve the exchange of personnel between partner countries. Individually, this will lead to professional development of consumers. In addition to the direct results, the project will also achieve indirect ones such as increasing the level of digital and linguistic competence, reinforcing a positive attitude towards the EU and enhancing consumer participation in public life, which will undoubtedly lead to European added value.
The labor markets in the four participating countries have their own specificities, but the partners have also defined a common opportunity for improvement in them.
All the statistical analyzes of them indicate that one of the big problems is the difficulty in communication between the participants in the labor market.
Practically the target group of the project is all participants in the labor market – both people of working age and employers who are looking for reliable mechanisms for selection of quality employees and workers. Facilitated communication will accelerate labor market processes.
The participants in the project are the direct implementers of the activities – the members of the partner organizations, the volunteers who participate in their initiatives. Indirect participants are those who will participate in the test test of the project results, as well as an unlimited range of future users of the platform – offering their workforce or seeking quality staff for their business structures.
The four partner organizations have specific skills and experience to implement the project proposal. The preliminary allocation of tasks between them is for the sake of obtaining high quality results.
Ensuring adequate control over the project budget and managing the project timeline will be achieved through:
– forming a project management team;
– identifying the risks and creating a mechanism for managing them.
– holding regular meetings of the partners involved to report on the progress of the project;
– other activities to prevent the project implementation being delayed or the project budget wasted
The following project activities will be carried out within the project:
1. Project management;
2. Creating an innovative intellectual product
3. Holding two representative events;
4. Publicity and dissemination activities.
In order to monitor and control the achievement of the set objectives and the planned results, the achievement of minimum indicators is envisaged:
1. Number of countries with studied labor market needs that suggest the use of the proposed intellectual product – 4;
2. Number of innovative intellectual products developed – 1 web based platform for job search and supply, including panels:
-for job search and job offers;
– for training in Bulgarian language;
-to study English,
3. Number of international events held under the project – 2
4. Number of participants in international events – 180
The intended impact of the project at national and international level is to promote employability; improving the quality of the workforce offered and improving the exchange of personnel between partner countries.
The impact will be measured by the implementation of the implementation indicators set out in the project, and after the completion of the project – by the number of visits to the developed platform, the number of registrations, the number of contacts made – worker and employer; through the use of elaborated educational resources.
The distribution organization will have primary responsibility for the applicant organization. Each of the partner organizations will also have the responsibility to promote the project results, to present them to the largest possible number of users from the target group and beyond.
Under the arrangements for the development of the electronic platform, maintenance and upgrading will be provided within the next 3 years after the completion of the project. The future functionality of the platform will be ensured by putting in place measures to upgrade and improve upon what has been created.
