Project Summary
The objective of the Echo project is to develop a transnational network for the exchange of good practices in supporting young NEETs in order to improve the social and professional integration of these target audiences. This project aims to enable transnational partners to get to know each other better and to develop common reflections on professional practices and methods, then to constitute a protocol and to disseminate it at local, national and European level. The associations which participated in the Echo project had significant experience in this field to their credit. The Erasmus + Strategic Partnership enabled the three partners to organize three thematic international seminars with the participation of their teams for the exchange of good practices. Each seminar resulted in the development of a summary document with the individuation of concrete support actions to help young NEETs to acquire useful skills, know-how and interpersonal skills. The themes addressed during the three seminars were as follows:
– good practices for international mobility of NEET young people (France);
– good practices for enhancing the skills acquired by young NEETs through the Open Badge digital tools (Spain);
– good practices for improving the employability of young NEETs through the implementation of manual workshops (Italy).
