Project Summary

The project’s primary motivation is to contribute to the improvement of quality of youth work by improving the financial management of youth organizations in Europe and Asia. This would enable them to sustainably support young people in the communities they work in. FLOWY will identify best and innovative practices in financial management, corporate social responsibility, fund raising, and public-private partnerships; conduct a training for youth workers on the best way to manage the organization’s finances; organize roundtable discussions with the private sector on the collaboration of youth work and CSR programs; and disseminate a module on financial literacy for youth organizations.
