Project Summary

Our main goal is to enable our students to develop these skills, to satisfy their curiosity, to support their productive skills and to learn and add sustainable living rOur main goal is to enable our students to develop these skills, to satisfy their curiosity, to support their productive skills and to learn and add sustainable living resources to their lives with programs designed by discovering and observing nature.
It is known that the indoor spaces of students both at school and at home negatively affect their lives in urban life. In recent years, especially in developed and developing countries, approaches giving importance to education within nature and beyond the classroom have been applied. In this direction, it is important to be a school that regularly brings students together with nature. Learning happens through experience. The world is a good material for freedom and creativity for students. Ecologically designed schools provide life experiences crucial to the environment. Our young people will adapt to social life with the knowledge and skills they have acquired within the scope of this project, they will know the value of mother nature, integrate them into their lives and even direct their future professions. As a result of the information they gain from our partner countries, they will ensure intercultural interaction and globalize this knowledge and pass it on to future generations.

In a globalizing and urbanizing world in the 21st century, our young people learn nature and life skills in nature only through technology tools, computer games or books. With this project, we aim to be not only consumers but also producers by improving the life skills of our students. In this process, our students will be intertwined with the soil, learn about the adventure of the plant from seed to product, get the opportunity to meet physically with trees, soil and animals, and begin to move into the productive society by actually taking a role.
For this purpose, we organized a questionnaire consisting of 100 questions for our young people, including natural life knowledge and skills. In this study, we determined the evaluation criteria by our expert team as follows;
0-20: No Knowledge and Skills
Between the ages of 20-40: Knowledge and Skills Should Be Developed
Between the ages of 40-60: Knowledge and Skills Should Be Supported by Education
Between 60-100: Knowledge and Skill Sufficient.
Based on the criteria we determined, we evaluated 200 students who participated in the survey. The results we obtained gave us the conclusion that the natural life skills of 75% or more of our students were supported by education.
Then we published an E-Twinning call with the name of our project. The details were discussed and discussed with the schools that agreed with us. Online meetings over Skype were held with schools and institutions that decided to become partners in the project. As a result of the meeting, other partners conducted the same questionnaire for their students (200 students) in the same conditions.
According to our survey results, we aimed to create a project that will ensure intercultural interaction and information sharing with our partners. We will achieve this goal through our international meetings. As a result of these goals, we plan to develop natural life knowledge and skills with the information, training and various workshops we will provide to our participants. In this process, we aim to increase the level of our participants by 25% in each period with the surveys we will conduct every 6 months.The reason we decide on our partners is primarily because they agree with us and have the same needs.
Additionally, we selected our partners from high school and equivalent schools, as well as associations that offer health and natural life experiences. Thanks to this approach, each individual will learn best practices by sharing the natural life knowledge and skills of their culture with other individuals.
Our target groups in the project are the youth who will become the building blocks of society in the future. We aim to equip students aged 14-18 with the knowledge and skills we program to prepare them for a sustainable life. In this interaction process, we aim to apply a multinational and multicultural approach to learning by enabling students of each country to share their natural life knowledge and skills with other countries.
As a result of the project, while increasing the natural life skills and knowledge of our participants to 85% and above, they reach the planned stages by sharing their knowledge and skills in a way that suits global European citizens, and during these changes, multinationalism, intercultural dialogue, multilingualism, tolerance, empathy, emotional literacy and benevolence skills. We also aim to develop.
During our project, we plan to teach our participants to gain natural life skills and to produce renewable natural resources.
