Project Summary

“From Covid-19 to the 2030 Agenda: Leaving No One Behind” is a school exchange partnership within the framework of Erasmus KA229. The team is composed of 5 countries which are France, Italy, Macedonia, Romania and Spain, the coordinating country.
We have already collaborated in other projects with a great commitment and defense of human rights and civic awareness and citizenship, responsible for our actions on the world.
The aim of the Project is to :
– Know the context and content of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
– Informing about the Covid-19 phenomenon
– Become aware of belonging to the same society and think about the world we live in
– Developing civic and democratic awareness
– Promote a critical spirit towards a certain way of life that would be at the origin of the pandemic
– Share our experiences with other colleagues from other European countries.

For once in history, the threat of Covid has affected the whole humanity. But the side effects of the pandemic on human health and well-being could lead to an increase in inequality and to an oversight of the Sustainable Development Goals. The economic, social and environmental stakes require an effort and a coordination for a humanitarian and collective response. But this task also involves each individual who, in his role as an active and responsible citizen, must wonder “What can I do?” to contribute to the common goal: LEAVE NO ONE BEHIND!

The expected results will be:

– Magazines
– SDG: Study of the 17 objectives set by the United Nations. Facts and figures, targets, importance of their implementation
– COVID-19: Study of the context, causes, evolution, consequences in political decisions, etc. Comparison in each country
– Follow-up of the news on the measures taken in both subjects
– Assembly of students
– Newscast (one per visit)
– THE WALL OF HOPE AND CHANGE (positive messages on different topics)
– What can I do? Discussions on real actions
– Diary of my confinement: sharing and reflection on our experiences; conclusions

To achieve these goals and results, we will carry out a series of learning, teaching and training activities in the different countries. Students will share information, experiences and work on the consequences of the Covid crisis, the Sustainable Development Goals and the global and individual measures taken to face these new challenges.

Students will form commissions, with members from different countries. With active participation and solidarity, we want them to become aware of the importance of the common response, of the role of partnerships and institutions and develop a sense of belonging to one Europe, at a time when we must support each other and remain in solidarity.
