The project is designed for students of the fields of Hotel Services, Cook, Waiter – 45 pupils in total, Confectioner – 45 pupils, Hairdresser, Cosmetic services and Make-up artist – 30 pupils.

The main activities the pupils will work on are:
1. Hotel Services, Cook, Waiter – preparation of hot and cold dishes (hotel, cook, waiter)

The methodology of cooperation is based on the work of pupils in vocational training, communication and regular meetings with cooperation on agreed tasks.
The whole cooperation will consist of three phases. Each of the three several-months‘ periods will be finished by a project meeting at one of the schools where the pupils will work together on selected tasks.

The following project meetings – international educational activities – will take place as follows:
– April 2020 – Secondary School of Gastronomy and Services, Přerov, Šířava 7;
– October 2020 – Secondary Vocational School of Trade and Services, Ul. P. Jilemnického 24, Trenčín;
– April 2021- Bjelovar School of Tourism and Gastronomy.

The project will be completed with an evaluation realised during the final months of the project.
The primary outcome of the project will be the work created and documented by pupils, but most importantly, staff will gain invaluable experience teaching abroad.

This implies the impact of the project:
Participants will mainly develop their professional competencies, they will apply their creativity and originality and improve their language skills.
Partner schools will build and strengthen new contacts, get new experiences and perspectives on education, and gain inspiration for changes in educational programs at home.

The potential and expected long-term benefit is the establishment of a permanent partnership between schools, where cooperation can go on even after the project finishes.
