Project Summary
The project “I learn, you learn but together we double learn” arose from the necessity our partners for a change in their teaching methodologies used in their schools. These teaching methodologies were mainly based on the linguistic mode, different learning styles were not taking into account, we felt it necessary to change our teaching practice in order to cover all of our students’ necessities. Among others, our main aim was to enrich our teaching practice being trained on more modern methodologies such cooperative learning and multiple intelligence theories and that our project meant a turning point in our methodologies. Besides, we aimed the following:
– To promote an inclusive education in which our students are the centre of the teaching- learning process.
– To develop a methodology based on Multiple Intelligences.
– To learn to work in cooperative groups.
– To improve both student’s and teacher’s communicative competence in English.
– To increase the quality of our educative centres and the quality of education.
– To know about the culture, customs and traditions of ther European countries with the main aim of improving tolerance and mutual respect.
– To promote socialization of our students meeting partner students while taking part in the mobilities and in different digital activities.
– To contribute to our students’ personal development in order to help them become active citizens in a continuous changing Europe.
– To give our schools a European dimension.
– To involve student’s families in the daily life of our schools.
Project Partner schools were:
