Project Summary

The era of the technological boom and rapid globalization directly influenced on the physical development of the younger generations. The students usually spent their time in front of the computer or other electronic devices and starting from early ages they are influenced negatively by these activities.Their physical development, health and their social life and ability for socialization in real time are put in danger.
Thus this project tends to introduce new methods of teaching in physical education as a new way to improve students physical development and socialization.
Therefore, the overall objective of the project is to improve, develop, test and implement new innovative pedagogical approaches in PE teaching process at primary education level, and strengthen cooperation among the Schools but also among the HEI in physical education in Macedonia, Slovenia and Bulgaria.
During the project the joint research, testing, surveys, studies and analyses were performed;
This project had impact on three levels: it increased the capacity and professionalism to work at EU/international level increase the opportunities for professional development and finally to test and develop new methods and new curricula’s in schools.
At systemic level, this project triggered modernization and reinforced the response of education and training systems to the main challenges of today’s world .
The added value of the project was cooperation among the Western Balkans countries and cooperation with the EU member states, presenting the best practices.
