Project Summary

During two school years three European schools from France, Poland and Spain collaborated in order to create Inclusive Regional Guides for Youth (IRGY). It mainly aimed at creating Inclusive Regional Guides for Youth who intend to discover the local areas of these schools. These Guides are composed of multilingual Audio, Video Guides and Treasure Hunts. The project also aimed at building international partnership, citizenship, improving the pupils’ skills in Foreign Languages, communication and digital skills as well as revising national stereotypes and prejudices.
In total about 200 pupils aged between 14 and 19 and 20 teachers participated in the creation of these Audio, Video Guides and Treasure Hunts.by working in international groups during online collaboration and blended mobilities. They presented their landmarks, places of cultural heritage and entertainment as well as different aspects of local lifestyles and school life without forgetting the special facilities available for certain types of disabilities.
