Project Summary

The main goal was to bring young people from Czech Republic, Slovakia and Kazakhstan (without any discrimination, i.e. regardless of their sex, race, nationality or religion) to share experience in human rights protection with special focus on women’s rights. Another objective is to initiate informal intercultural dialogue on human rights topics in order to increase capacity in the field of work with youth at the level of organizations of applicant and its partners, and to support youth collaboration and exchange among programme and partner countries.

This was achieved using the following mechanisms:

1) Support the international mobility of casual education of young people from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Kazakhstan.
2) Support the cooperation and the exchange of young people among Czech republic, Slovakia and Kazakhstan.
3) Increase the participation of young people in Kazakhstan in the democratic life and support their active citizenship.
4) Strengthen the international dimension of the activities in the field of youth by means of support of the mobility and cooperation among the participating entities from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Kazakhstan by means of capacity building in the partnership countries.
5) Enhance the management, expert and innovation capacity and internationalisation of the Pakistan partner.

Project lasted from March 2015 to February 2017. Main activity – Capacity Buliding Training – took place from 24rd August 2016 to 27th August 2016 in Almaty, Kazakhstan; while preparation meeting was held in December 2015 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, Slovakia and assessment meeting, youth exchange from 19th January 2017 to 23rd January 2017 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. A total of 40 people from Czech Republic, Slovakia and Kazakhstan took place in the main activity, out of which 16 participants came from groups suffering from lack of involvement and social exclusion. Applied methods was based on interactive games and mutual communication.
