Project Summary
The project “Innovation and the Arts: Towards the Inclusion of LGBT+ People” creates a partnership between LGBT+ organizations in Central and South – Eastern Europe. The aim of the project is to connect these organizations in order to share experiences and strengthen capacities in the field of inclusion of LGBT+ people in society, primarily through innovative practices in civic engagement and the use of art as a means of communication with the public. The main goal of the project is to increase the competencies of employees, collaborators and volunteers of LGBT+ organizations that work in the field of education and awareness raising and focus on working with youth and young adults. The project partnership also directly includes three art companies that represent different genres of contemporary independent art.
