Project Summary

Within this project the partner organizations would like to implement activities which encouraging cooperation and develops youth work, youth entrepreneurship, offering entrepreneurship education for disadvantaged young people and networking, as well as foster synergies between youth entrepreneurship organizations and with other socio-economic sectors.The capacity activities not only gives the opportunities and ways of work to combat exclusion and employability but promotes developments new tools and working methods, exchanging good practices, gaining new key competencies, entrepreneurial competences through non-formal education such as for example ability to plan and manage projects, adapting to changes, dealing with risk and problem solving skills or how to overcome political, social and cultural barriers.The project will provide a knowledge and discover the value of the Erasmus+ Programme, more specifically different possibilities as a tool for youth empowerment, employability and entrepreneurship.A wide variety of non-formal learning methods will be applied the whole project which includes individual and group learning, inputs, inter cultural event, group-building, audio visual materials, inputs, presentations ( from the participants and from the trainers), group and plenary discussions, role-plays, simulation games, study visits, evaluation, reflections.The project will have : 1)Transnational meetings 2)International Training course which develops entrepreneurial competences of youth workers in order to apply learning outcomes in their professional work in their organizations and countries, organize and run online + offline workshops, mentoring, and networking after this course;3)Local course. It will be directed to the concept of social entrepreneurship as an innovative way to solve social problems using entrepreneurial skills, to develop the participant’s strong capacity of problem solving and creative thinking in order to enhance their employability through their own self-development, encourage them for creation own social or business projects, designing and implementation of small entrepreneur ideas, to get experience for realization them;find out about Erasmus+. The program provides a preparation for new horizons, EVS, European Solidarity Corps, job shadow…4) International Seminar which gives to young entrepreneurs new skills but also space to promote own initiatives which they already done or which they will do;5)To create a toolbox as a guide book;6) To create ” Network of Young Entrepreneurs” and invite different stakeholders, collect and share best practices within the network by learning from each other’s and create a data base accessible via Internet in order to allow continuation of knowledge exchange after the project, the network which helps young entrepreneurs start their own business and will give advices and suggestion. As follow up will be create concrete projects.
