Project Summary
The project was aimed at producers of the widely understood local product and people who would like to work in this industry. It was directed at promoting learning in every place, with particular emphasis on professional preparation at employers (we enabled contact of people interested in working in the production of local products with existing producers), through inclusion of social partners (producer groups) and enterprises (entrepreneurs producing a local product ) as well as by stimulating innovation and entrepreneurship (international exchange of experience, seminars and workshops for local product producers).Participation in the project enables those people non-formal education in the field of promotion, types of product distribution in the country and abroad, the use of available online tools (appropriate training was organized).Thanks to our actions we have shown that living in harmony with nature and using its welfare can be not only healthy and tasty, but also profitable. We encouraged local producers to cooperate with large companies operating dynamically on this market, who can share their experience and enable internships, apprenticeships, etc.
As part of the project, the following were created:

– an international FB profile enabling the exchange of experience, markets and professional development through ICT and informal vocational education (https://www.facebook.com/CLIP-Project-194800927663111/notifications/)

– ICT training program adapted by each partner to the needs of their local producers
– a training program in the field of promotion and marketing adapted by each of the partners to the needs of their local producers
– ICT workshops took place enabling the use of free online tools for the promotion and sale of products, business development, obtaining information, informal professional education.
In addition, there were also be 4 study visits in partner countries (during transnational meetings), which allowed to become familiar with the principles of operation of partner organizations on the markets and the exchange of good practices and solutions marketing, sales, producer, etc.
