Project Summary

KreaFire is not simply a project with a starting and ending point, moreover it’s a process based on cooperation of youth organisation where involved partners have the possibility to grow and to foster formation of new communities but also to empower the existed ones.
Aims of our project is to enhance and foster participation of young people in those areas from where we already reach out young people and their communities.
As start of the project we would first get to know better our target group’s need by conducting a small research, thus our activities and programs will be based on real needs and would be easier to plan and later carrying out them.
By having an opportunity for exchanging and analysing our own good practices and methods for youth involvement lays the foundation for our organizational development process as well as it gives direction for capacity building in general. This process is supported and facilitated by a professional organizational development process by GYIÖT.
To reach out more young people and more effectively we call them to join to our activities with alternatives as solutions through the Croatian-Hungarian Youth Initiative Boot Camp series.
We are aiming to apply for alternative fundraising techniques and methods in order to channel resources to find solutions for problems that are in community level. In this we imagine trying out the following forms: directed donations, CSR, pro bono funding, social entrepreneurship.
As one of the results of our project new problematic areas would be discovered, in which young people are affected but we would like them to also be part of the process of finding solutions.
Involved organizations would have the chance to grow a lot and to enlarge their contacts and network, but also their social capital.
As a result of the project, we expect to realize the basis for alternative source mechanisms as resource for the community by reinforcing a subsidiary nature. In the focus of this we concentrate on young people.
With the prepared and carried out organizational strategies FIRE and Kreaktive is strengthened as youth organizations, which empowers them to advocate the interest of young people and to involve to various activities and programs. In these activities we imagine young people not only as participants, more: we wish to mentor and support them from the realization of their idea through implementation till the evaluation.
