These opportunities will help students to reach for their maximum knowledge and professional competences potential but also to perfect their attitude and behavior in order to become successful in life.
The target group is focused on 250 students and 25 teachers from six schools: Empower Learning Academy Trust – Bower Park Academy Romford, England; Liceul Tehnologic PETROL Moreni, Romania; Scoala Gimnaziala Nr. 1 Moreni, Romania; LYCEE PROFESSIONNEL LA TRINITE, Trinite, France; AGRUPAMENTO DE ESCOLAS DE BARCELOS Portugal; Stichting Metameer, Sint Anthonis, Netherlands.
The project’s specific objectives are:
01 – To improve successful leadership and soft skills for 250 students from six participant schools until September 2022
02 – To develop organizational competences for 250 students from six participant schools until September 2022
03- To increase autonomy and resilience for 250 students from six participant schools until September 2022
04 – To develop the initiative by participating to volunteering activities for 250 students from six participant schools until September 2022
05 – To improve relationship and effective communication skills in real contexts for the 250 students in the six schools by September 2022
Achieving these goals will be reflected in the following results:
– Tangible results, represented by the final products: the project website, brochures, mini-guides of good practice, videos, photo stories, dictionaries, presentations, posters.
– Intangible results: improving organizational capacity and leadership; increasing the student’s autonomy and independence, for their school and social integration; developing civic and volunteer attitudes; improving key competences; improving intercultural, digital and foreign language skills for participants; increasing the quality of education by combining formal and non-formal education through the project activities.

Project’s activities carried out in each partner schools and during the LTT activities will contribute to development of student’s key competences and soft skills, will increase their motivation to learn and visibly improve their school results.

All the six partner schools will integrate the results and the final products of our project in the daily activity both during and after the end of the project, according to the common valorisation strategy; these will be adapted to the profile of each school and transferred in new contexts, in order to increase the quality of education in all 6 schools.

The European dimension of our project is achieved by the fact that the final products will be made jointly by all the participating schools. The electronic versions will be posted on the project website as well as on the VALOR website, http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/projects/, where they can be downloaded free of charge by all interested persons.

Exploitation of the final products will maximise the potential of the funded activities, ensuring it expands beyond the lifetime of the project and will begin to be transferred to new areas of learning, in line with European policies in the field of education and training.
