The project Learn & Leave no limit will be developed on a period of 19 months in international partnership with organizations from Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria and Italy. It addresses social inclusion, employability and entrepreneurial engagement of disadvantaged youngsters coming from rural and geographically disadvantaged regions facing isolation and marginalization and it aims to exploit the potential of the social enterpreneurship model as one tool for opening new opportunities for them.
The project partners seek to answer the needs identified as following:
-training of 16 youth operators of the organizations in the field of social entrepreneurship
-provision of international learning and local experiential programmes on social entrepreneurship targeted to 28 disadvantaged young people living in rural and marginal areas.
Both directions are meant to create empowering environments to overcome isolation and marginalisation of young people on one side, and on the other side, exploring social entreprises concepts, to give opportunities to disadvantaged youngsters to get involved in their local communities and contribute to their development.
Specific objectives of the project are:
O1. To develop knowledge, skills and competencies of 16 youth operators from the partner countries to develop Social Innovation Activities aimed at empowering disadvantaged young people from rural and geographically disadvantaged areas.

The project will deliver the following results

The programme will focus on income generation needs and aims to bring together a number different stakeholders who will bring their knowledge, skills, resources and experiences as following:

-Youth workers trained in C1 who will put in practice the learning from C1 and will support the pedagogical development of the experiential programmes.
-Other individuals and or businesses within the community to support support with funding, resources and or other means to help young people generate the funds.
Main results of the experiential programme relies on: implementation of 4 fund-raising projects conducted by the youngsters for 4 social entreprises on their selection ( 1 project – 1 social entreprise per country), partnerships established with 4 social entreprises ( 1/country), at least 2 other partnerships/ partner country established with different stakeholders to support with funding, resources and or other means to help young people generate the funds for their selected social entreprise.
The involvement of young people with different international environmental contexts; with differentiated answers would bring a development of their knowledge, personal skills and an upgrade to the broader project growth of local / social inclusion where the participants would be the agents of change, change of rurality, interiority and marginality for the inclusion and creation / implementation of projects where they will be internationally trained actors, focused on inclusion, employment and entrepreneurship.
