Project Summary
1.Main objective of the project: Exchange of Good Practices, the development of technological education in order to have well-prepared students which can be capable to master and efficiently explore the new technologies.
Specific objectives:
-to develop the research technical and scientific spirit
-to develop creative and innovative abilities
-to provide technical and practical training
-to become aware of the new technical jobs for a future work place
Priorities and Topics:
HORIZONTAL: Supporting individuals in acquiring and developing basic skills and key competences.
SCHOOL EDUCATION: Strengthening the profiles of the teaching professions.
VET: Initial and continuous professional development of VET teachers, trainers and mentors in both school and work-based settings.
Key competences developed in the project:
1.Scientific, Engineering, Technological and Mathematical Competences -development of technological education
2. Digital competence – 3D Printing, Internet of things, IoT Devices
3.Linguistic competence, communication in English- training opportunities and finding workplaces across Europe
4.Personal, social and learning competences –development of creativity, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making.
5.Civic competence –involvement in building a sustainable future
6.Enterprise competence-development of entrepreneurship
7.Cultural awareness and expression competences -meeting new European cultures and civilizations.

3.Target Group
Direct beneficiaries:
-144 students, 24 students from each school participating in Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils
-72 teachers, 12 teachers from each school who will accompany students to Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils
Indirect beneficiaries, estimated 6000 people:
-the students of the partner schools
-directors and teachers of partner schools
-the students’ parents
-members of the local community
-children and teachers from other schools
4.Management
-Each school will sign the contract with the National Agency and will participate in the events organized by it.
-Each school will set up the management team and project implementation team.
-Each school will allocate and provide the necessary resources for the project.
-Each school will organize the selection of students and teachers participating in the project.
-All schools will communicate and collaborate, will have correspondence for the good organization of the project.
5.Learning Teaching Training, 24 students and 12 teachers from each country will participate in each mobility.
