Project Summary

“The Innovation and the Emotional Intelligence for the Entrepreneurship project development in the school” is a project of good practices aimed at the educational success.
The partners have constituted a Company /Enterprise that coordinates different micro-projects in every school center, based on the culture of every country. For major efficiency and better results we have generated a net of constant, internal communication among the partners, execution of the project, and an external one with the environment and society to spread the realized output.
The obtained aims have allowed:
– To consolidate European dimension, valuing and announcing the traditional and handcrafs wealth of Europe different zones.
– To establish Entrepreneurship with dynamic methodologies, new ideas and ways of doing, promoting *learning to learn *.
– To develop Emotional Intelligence, promoting the empathy, social skills and diversity, anticipating the xenophobia.
– To promote imagination, initiative and personal autonomy in joint creations.
– Collaboration of institutions and town halls, doing them involved in the development of the project.
– To preserve craftsmen companies of different countries and sectors (fabric, crystal, carton, wood, paper,clay).
The organization partners have contributed with their experience and offered:
– 49 Th “Benito Juárez”. Bulgaria. ” : “Traditional fabric embroidery “.
– Manuel Pacheco. Spain. “Manufacture of enameled ceramics”.
– “Alice Nabeiro” Portugal, “Production of flowers of paper”.
– Szkola Podstawowa Nr 1. Poland. “Wood decoration of “Pysanky”.
– I.C.E. De Amicis. Italy. “Crafts of carton pasta”.
After the abandon of the French school center, all the partners assumed, in equitable form, the lack of the micro-project of France (crystal manufacture and decoration).
The activities sequenced in different phases, guided by the chronogram, have been working a double slope:
– To restore the “entrepreneurship”, with a constructivista methodology, departing from traditions and crafts. The pupils have been the protagonists, elaborating products, selling on markets in the street (Christmas, Easter, Fairs of the Book…), with a vision of qualification for their labor future.
– To promote social competences of “Emotional Intelligence”, contributing to the personal, social and cultural development of the student classes, as necessary requirement to feel good with one itself and with the others.
The communication among the partners has been fluid, with an equitable distribution of tasks. Taking up office of form, it has combined the difficulties that have arisen with a continuous assessment of everything realized, feeding the production and at the same time spreading it widely (Web, blog, Television, press…) to reach all the sectors.
The results and impact reached have been very relevant in the environment of the centers, locality, regions and countries, with the restoration of “Entrepreneurial and Emotional Intelligence”, emphasizing different projections:
– Formative: To promote *learning to learn * , opening doors towards new ideas and ways of doing. To investigate, to experiment, to innovate, losing the fear of exposing new offers.
– Social: To promote the democratic participation, to anticipate the school early abandon, with active methodologies, implying to the citizenship: families, neighborhood and locality.
– Community: To promote cooperation, exchange of ideas and new ways of doing, the Internationalization, the solidarity and the respect to the different European cultures.
– Mercantile: To involve the pupils in the acquisition of new competences for their labor future, in collaboration with industries and companies.
– Cultural:To promote the cultural diversity and “European dimension” improving substantially the future opportunities, opening horizons and giving the opportunity of access to future employments, as entrepreneurs.
The used methodology has served in order that the student classes have been able to acquire Entreprise capacities and Emotional Intelligence, improving their social and cultural competences,with shared strategies agreed by the partners:
– To promote the teamwork and socially suitable relations.
– To create and to stimulate ideas.
-To improve communication skills, sharing and listening abilities with the partners and the others.
– To solve problems of joint form.
– Leadership and work from the experience.
– Emotional capabilities to discover our emotions and them of the others.
– To know market demand .
– Critical and collaborative knowledge of stages of work .
The implementation of the project has involved families and environment of the centers. Promoting the citizenship, it has activated knowledge and respect of European culture.
The elaborated materials will allow that the project should be kept alive in the time: “Code of Emotional Intelligence” Manual of Entrepreneurship, Guide of Cultural Tourism”…
