Project Summary
The values of craftsmanship in France or abroad are based on the excellence of the know-how its transmission and the passion of the trade. This is why learning, based on these same values, is a response to the human resources needs of the sector.
European mobility makes it possible to optimise the training of young people, future business leaders. The completion of any apprenticeship mobility project in the course of training requires the full cooperation of the companies; an apprentice can benefit from a mobility course during training on the mandatory condition of having the authorisation of his employer. He is an employee of the company and remains under his responsibility during his short-term European career
Despite the actions put in place by project partners to raise companies’ awareness and assist them in implementation, some companies are still reluctant to let their apprentices undergo a learning mobility period abroad. Despite some legal advances (in France for long-term mobility beyond 4 weeks), it still remains difficult to convince the company of the advantages and the benefits for them. Despite of the various approaches of valorisation of company’s engagement in learning mobility and the promotion of ERASMUS+, the visibility of their implication and their knowledge about this opportunity remains relatively weak.
This is why the CRMA has surrounded itself with some of its European mobility partners IDAN’ (Iceland) IFA (Austria), Confartigianato (Italy), CCGDE DGEO (Belgium) and CRMA Occitanie, Hauts de France and CMA France to establish this project of exchanges of good practices. The FREIBURG CMA will be an expert.
The overall objective of the project is to create a more favourable environment for youth exchanges and mobility programs in the field of vocational training in
Improving and strengthening the promotion of transnational mobility to businesses
Improving awareness-rising, / communication approaches by companies for companies ,
strengthening the information, training and support available to businesses,
discussing successful similar mobility experiences to define the role of ambassadors ,
studying the feasibility of an ambassador’s network,
valuing the delivery of existing labels (EQAMOB or the Label Formation without Borders)
The expected results are
Identification of “test” ambassadors in the partner countries
Portraits of hosting / sending companies and potential ambassadors
Testimonials from companies for companies

1) Implementation of the project as part of a European partnership will ensure a wide dissemination of project results and achieve a much wider representation of the target group, thus multiplying the project’s impact from a geographical perspective.
2) A European approach offers the opportunity to learn more about examples of good practice from other countries and to enrich the different national training systems
3) Creating potential synergies in the field of business mobility with other European projects and active networks.
