Project Summary
The MOPOV project reflects on the modernization, acceleration and digitization of everyday activities of each person. The Internet, online environment, entertainment and education and, of course, remote access to information, data or communication without borders are becoming an everyday part of all of us and are already an integral part of each of our lives. In today’s hectic times, digitization is not only part of industrial enterprises, it has long entered the entertainment industry and is also entering the field of education, both in companies, government and non-governmental organizations. Currently, there are various digital networks from which we can draw a source of information, entertainment and education for ourselves. In the same way, online education in the form of e-learning is gaining prominence, both for companies, state organizations and non-governmental non-profit organizations. Thus, making courses accessible through e-learning is increasingly proving to be an integral part of lifelong learning. At the same time, e-learning is very effective in the form of access to education and offers equal access to all participants, regardless of their place of residence, traffic, health or other restrictions. He is able to solve a situation that is increasingly encountered not only by employment offices, where the non-fulfillment of the course capacity in a given place hinders the implementation. The project sought to address the needs of unemployed people, employees and employers, for whom available e-learning education brings relief from further education, especially in terms of minimizing financial costs and time lost in transport to the place of education in the case of full-time teaching. At the same time, e-learning enables an individual approach to participants, according to their needs and the level of knowledge and skills acquired so far. In addition, it turned out that in 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world in the spring of that year, it was more than necessary to have accessible and high-quality educational e-learning courses. Within the project, 24 e-learning courses were created, of which 2 courses on how to move in the online environment were created by the partner bfz gGmbH (there was a change compared to the application, the reason was the reorganization of f-bb, including staffing), 2 Öibf courses (retraining in the field of national qualifications system) and 20 courses bfz ops and 5 courses in the field of national qualifications system bfz o.p.s .. All courses are in Czech and partly German language versions and are also used by the implementer and partners from Germany and Austria for target groups in the countries and the available EU platform.
