O2 Innovative methodology “Motivational systems for active social inclusion”
We developed an innovative methodology “Motivational systems for active social inclusion” which allowed youth workers, school psychologists, school advisors and teachers etc. to work with students effectively studying and understanding of personality and individual needs, increasing personal motivation for social inclusion and raising achievement in school and reduce dropouts from the school system. Pilot group – included testing on 100 students from small towns. They were randomly selected, without difference of gender, ethnic, religion, social status, etc.
O3 Guide
The guide included guidelines and pedagogical strategy for applying the innovative methodology ( O2). In Bulgaria there was no such a instrument for social inclusion of students, so it was an innovation for Bulgaria. It contains practical advises, actual steps and legislation. The experts in the educational field were directly involved in the activity and the products. 2000 students from our network of schools were indirectly involved with the better knowledge and skills of the experts.
C1 Learning/Teaching/Training Activity – Short-term joint staff training events- 30 participants.
The persons participating in the mobility were experts working in the field of active social inclusion and responsibility with students. The experts were selected on a competitive basis. They justified their willingness to participate in the project, their expectations, and how they will apply their knowledge in the future.
E2, E3 – Multiplier Events. Each event was attended by 60 local and 20 international participants. The implementation of Multiplier events allowed direct dissemination of the project proposal.
