Project Summary
The strategic partnership project about innovation links three organisations, Italian, Serbs and French.
These three institutions come from aeronautical training. Since 2018, during successive meetings, exchanges have allowed to initiate a project conciliating all participants, id est, the development of a technical glossary in four languages accessible in digital version on smartphone and computer.
Through this, it is a question of taking part in the European opening by consolidating a local, regional and even international network. Our aim is to encourage young people to be interested in Europe and the mobility, to renew our pedagogical approaches, to improve the practice of languages, to better train our young people and develop entrepreneurship, to involve young people in their schooling in order to improve their team spirit, their sense of initiative and organisation, and finally, to strengthen cohesion between students as well as between teachers.
The participants will be six learners from the different institutions and particularly from the European section in France. They will be involved in building the project throughout their curriculum and contribute to its advancement within courses as well as within mobility. They will be accompanied by two teachers during all activities. In order to make the glossary, activities will be of many kinds. Within each organisation, students will be able to work on CLIL Lessons’ vocabulary throughout the 36 months. These will be resources that teachers will exchange in order to innovate their teaching practices and this mastery of vocabulary will enrich the glossary gradually. Regarding the application, France is the super administrator but cooperation with the digital referents of each institution is real and this emulation makes it possible to constantly improve the tool. For the organisation, concertations between the respective steering committees of the three bodies are essential and will be done by several means: by email for sending documents and more official exchanges. WhatsApp is also necessary for more informal and instant exchanges and contributes to affinities.
During transnational meetings, a previously defined agenda will allow a rigorous organisation of the planning, objectives, assessments and planned activities in terms of mobility but also development of the glossary application. It is a question of obtaining as final result a functional tool arising from a pedagogical cooperation between learners and European teachers.
Indeed, the impacts are local, on our schools and their environment but also on the international level by the improvement of a quality aeronautical training conducted and followed by the learners and the teachers of the three schools. The benefits will be felt in the short term but also in the long term with a European feeling of favored cooperation.
