Project Summary

We would like to focus on the sharing and development of resources and procedures linked with Family/Parental Engagement and the support for SEN learners within the Global Citizenship context required by PISA. We would also like for many of these resources and activities to have ICT as their core, as it is key for the new scheme by the Welsh Assembly, as well as to make the most out of the current digital era. We will be aiming to an increase satisfaction of teachers regarding their profession, a larger participation of pupils in school activities, a better attendance and the appreciation of their families and local community.

Objective 1: at least 15 teachers will succeed in including a minimum of 3 ITC tools when teaching pupils with special educational needs.
Objective 2: At least half of the pupils with special educational needs (SEN) will behave better and be more committed to their studies.
Objective 3: The headmaster and deputy as well as the heads of the teaching departments will acquire at least 3 new monitoring tools when working with pupils that have SEN.
Objective 4: new lesson plans and resources will be developed, including the creation of a booklet where all pupils and teachers will be able to share their personal experiences about the exchange.
