Project Summary

The main purpose of our application was to establish a partnership which was able to accomplish all the tasks we had set in the application process. In other words, shooting a series of international digital film with 3-4 minute episodes called Puzzle films to give a glimpse into our past, our present activities and model an international start-up.
We managed to complete all the assigned tasks that we had previously prepared for at the occasions of Transnational Meetings. Also, the participant students with the help of their teachers shot the Puzzle films during the Mobility Programmes that were shown in several forums and made available for the public. Furthermore, students created some extra material to the movies and we hope that they will be built into our everyday teaching and learning process from the beginning of the next school term. Parallel to the Puzzle films, students worked on the basic idea of the start-up application.
Besides developing new teaching and learning materials, our goal was to improve the participants’ foreign language and digital competence while doing the above-mentioned activities. Moreover, we wanted to support the profile of the teaching profession. We noticed that our students’ English speaking skills developed a lot and they became more open-minded during the 28-month cooperation while getting more and more information about other cultures. Not only the students, but also colleagues could make new friends, learn new methods and techniques and broaden their mind.
Meeting the requirements and fulfilling our responsibilities became a common and a personal success for both the students and teachers, as well. The process of getting personal experience, doing research, planning digital worksheets and testing them are activities that made us richer in knowledge and experiences and put emphasis on group work and cooperative learning which are essential to students regarding their future.
