Project Summary
Four high schools are involved in the project, all offering courses in relation to the environement and services. The ones in Spain (located in the the South of Spain) and in France (situated in the South West) did a student exchange in 2019 and both want to enlarge the project with other European partners (one in Italy and the other in Poland). All the students learn French and English so all of them can communicate both in French and in English.
In a world where community exchanges might tend to become more rigid, it is very important to consider prejudices and overcome all sorts of exclusion whether it is due to cultural differences or disadvantages.
The main purpose of this multidisciplinary project between four countries is to exchange and share on a European level practices and know-how in taking account various handicaps and in welcoming people with disabilities in green spaces, natural recreational areas. Moreover, encouraging learning foreign languages and communication , improving French is a real challenge for students to get their diploma and become European citizens.
Language preparation will be taken to ensure the success of the project. To achieve that, all the high schools will develop cultural activities, quizzes, games and exchanges of students: there will be eight exchange programs of nine days each over two years. During these exchange programs, the students will do concrete achievements, will create and use innovating tools in landscaping projects.
The valorisation of the project will be done through short films on the internet, media reports, local radio programmes, real landscaping projects on sites and participation in local and regional events
