Project Summary
The main target of the project in order to establish a partner-ship “school to school”, it’s to create an exchange of good practice and an experimentation of innovative teaching methods to encourage the inclusion of the students with “special educational needs”.ACTIVITIES: A1 PREPARATORY PHASE activity: setting up a “Control Centre” project team, accounting secretary; processing, sharing, an agreement of cooperation, processing the executive project and management models.A2 COMMUNICATION PLAN activity: arrangement PdC, Start up, implementation, consolidation/sharing the results.A3 NET activity: establishing a territorial net of the stakeholders in order to support the project, each partner will set a coordinating project team that will communicate to the stakeholders, involving all the local subjects that are working in every single reference sector.A4 SUPERVISION/MONITORINGA5 ASSESSMENT/EVALUATIONA6 EXPERIMENTAL TEACHING METHODS activity: all partners in their own centre/school, will experiment through training activities and on-line meetings the new teaching methods, that are the focus point of the CLIL and FLIPPED CLASSROOM. M1 TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETINGS:The project includes a final transnational project meeting where 5 members of the Spanish Partner will take part of it. During the meeting they will sum up all the final results achieved with the activities and they’ll also have a public final event of the project which will be record with videos and photos.The event will be in Italy and during the project presentation, it will be shown the strengthening skills plus the training results achieved together with the new method tried.C1/C2/C3/C4 LEARNING/TEACHING/TRAINING/TRAINING ACTIVITIESThe project includes two short experiences of an exchange of the “good practice” and a specific training of the CLIL and FLIPPED CLASSROOM methods. The first one in Italy C1 and C2 and the other one in Spain C3 and C4.C1: a group of 10 participants, teachers, experts and school staff members (of the Spanish Partner) will be in Italy for 5 days. During the morning hours they will attend the 24 hours training course, analyzing the Italian teaching system, the projects and all the implemented activities made by the “Bonifacio VIII” Institute together with the CLIL and the FLIPPED CLASSROOM methods.C2: a group of 20 participants (students of the Spanish Partner), will be in Italy during the same 5 days of the “C1” group. In those days the students will take part to the lessons planed with the CLIL methodology. They’ll start a cooperation with the “Bonifacio VIII” students, in order to set up all teaching materials needed for the FLIPPED CLASSROOM.C3: a group of 10 participants, teachers, experts and school staff members (of the Italian Partner) will be in Spain for about 5 days. During the morning hours, they will attend the 24 hours training course, analyzing the Spanish teaching system, the projects and all the implemented activities made by “VARGAS” Institute together with the CLIL and the FLIPPED CLASSROOM .C4: a group of 20 participants (students of the Italian Partner), will be in Spain during the same 5 days of the “C3” group. In those days the students will take part to the lessons planned with the CLIL methodology they’ll start a cooperation with the “VERGAS” students in order to set up all teaching materials needed for the FLIPPED CLASSROOM.In the afternoon, there will be a time dedicated to the practical experimentation of the new models together with educational trips and socialization moments.The Project proposal is aimed to: increase the staying of the students in the studies, social inclusion, training professional courses projects, improving math and science skills with innovative methods in order to develop a lively teaching model together with the 2 main new methods CLIL and FLIPPED CLASSROOM.Raise the quality system to reach higher school levels, improve teachers skills, increase projects in schools and Institutes; realize a virtual learning environment with specific and detailed teaching materials and also tutorial videos made by teachers, experts and students. At the end of the project there will be a consolidation of the transnational net between schools, partners and all territorial stakeholders involved in the “inclusion” and the modernization of learning to increase the abilities to work at a transnational level to share methods and results.
