Project Summary

The project duration will be 24-month form XII.2015 – XI.2017. It will involve 4 organization from Poland, Italy, Vietnam, and Philippines; 6 youth workers from partner organizations, 80 local youth workers and 48 youth with fewer opportunities. The main aim of the project is to create an overseas collaboration and know-how exchange among participants in a field of youth with fewer opportunities, in order to:
– improve training possibilities, assessment, and evaluation systems and enhancing the skills of youth workers;
– improve the quality and standards of actions implementing among youth with fewer opportunities;
– develop the perception of social actions leading to the goodness of local community as a way for the personal and professional growth of youth with fewer opportunities. During common work and experience exchanging we will work out, test and implement the innovate tool to work with youth with fewer opportunities. The aim of the project and its objectives we will achieve by common working meetings, mobilities of youth workers (job shadowing) and voluntary service for youth with fewer opportunities (EVS), conference and workshops. Also by the national actions – researchers and its analyses, tools preparing and testing (which will involve local youth). The project will help to work out tool for youth workers. The main objective of the project and at the same time product is a tool for optimization and standardizing work accompanying with young people with fewer opportunities which improve its effectiveness and scope of the benefit to the recipient. We want to achieve this goal through a cooperation with youth workers from partner countries and complementary plan for inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities into ongoing activities to help them became the leaders in their local community.
