Project Summary
The PEWe-GOV project aims to improve the technical skills of adults, mainly those involved in the cultural and creative sector, with the e-services provided by local authorities, the state administration and other institutions. Improving the technical skills of the target group can be seen even more globally, especially in the context of improving key digital competencies and increasing employability in the labour market, which plays a key role in EU competitiveness policies. EU economies, improving the well-being and prosperity of EU citizens. The aim of this project is to enable equal access to electronic services and resources. Through the web-based platform, video tutorials and manuals we will explain step by step in an accessible way how everyone can easily take advantage of the various electronic services of local and state administration, so in the conditions of COVID – 19 we will save unnecessary walking around institutions, waiting to queue, wasting time, we will reduce the reasons and costs of travel due to the issuance of various documents, so in addition to improving people’s technical skills, we will indirectly help save lives in the epidemic. In addition, increasing technical skills will contribute to more confidence, self – confidence, less stress, which will improve people’s employment opportunities and help create a calmer and more efficient work environment. The project addresses the problems with the lack of digital skills and the mismatch of the complexity of working with electronic services with the available skills of the target groups and offers tools and solutions to address these problems. An active lifestyle, rapid technological development, the single market and globalization require the continuous development and complementarity of personal knowledge and skills. In a dynamic labour market, working people must have a set of knowledge, skills and habits in order to be able to realize themselves in the labour market, to adapt, motivate and improve themselves in the workplace and to successfully manage their careers. With this project, the three partners aim to motivate the target group by providing it with useful information resources to be used in the process of their daily work. This project has the ambition to provide a web platform, general detailed information about the process of working with each offered electronic service by the local, state or other institution. The project includes four transnational team meetings, 2 in Bulgaria, 1 in Romania and 1 in Macedonia. During the meetings, the responsibilities will be distributed among the partners, the implementation of the activities and the budget will be monitored and the possible risks for the implementation of the project will be identified, as well as the necessary solutions. Along with the transnational meetings, our project envisages 3 multiplier events in each partner country. They will be held after the completion and final test of intellectual products. Representatives of target groups, NGOs, local authorities, institutions, employers and other stakeholders will be invited to present, test and receive feedback on new products. The plan for dissemination of the results of the project is of great importance for achieving the necessary effect of the developed intellectual products such as the platform, video tutorials and manuals for working with various electronic services. The most important is the quality of the developed products, which will provide the necessary information and skills to the target groups and stakeholders, but the dissemination activities are just as important in order to promote and disseminate the information to the largest possible audience. At a national, local and regional level, we expect to raise awareness of the work with e-services of various local and national administrations, as well as to raise awareness of the activities and impact of the Erasmus + program. In each country participating in the project, we expect to create an appropriate network of organizations and stakeholders in the field of the project. The desired impact will be to increase employability and increase the self-confidence and motivation of adults. At European level, we expect to build a strong network of stakeholders, key players and NGOs who work together, share experience and knowledge through the creation of our innovative web platform, video tutorials and manuals. All this emphasizes the main goal of the project – to help overcome the economic downturn and the negative consequences of the epidemiological situation in one of the most affected areas – culture and creativity, by improving and expanding the opportunities offered by institutions such as electronic services and resources.
