Project Summary

The goal of the project is to develop a model system of psychological support and professional development in this area for teachers in the period from 01/09/2020 to 31/08/2022 by partners from Poland, Slovakia and Cyprus. The project is dedicated to primary and secondary school teachers. The resulting materials and e-learning trainings will be translated into the languages ​​of individual partners. The language of communication and mainly used in the project will be English.
The main activity in the project is to develop 7 innovative e-learning courses in the field of psychology of stress / anxiety in children and adults, addictions (types, mechanisms, prevention and treatment), basic therapeutic techniques (so-called Interventions), cyber threats, cyber security, mindfulness at school, mindfulness for independent work of the teacher, free and available via the Internet addressed to: – teachers, educators, formal and informal learning centers,
As part of the project’s activities, experts will develop:
– e-learning courses: 1.psychology of stress / anxiety in children and adults, 2. addiction (types, mechanisms, prevention and treatment), 3. basic therapeutic techniques (so-called Interventions), 4. cyber threats, 5. cyber security , 6. mindfulness at school, 7. mindfulness for independent teacher work – mental health prevention;
– teacher training:
BLOCK I: The scope of cognitive-behavioral therapy (so-called “psychological interventions”),
Behavioral and chemical addictions. Mechanisms and methods of treatment. Cyber ​​violence and cyber security.
BLOCK II: Understanding stress-related issues – causes and effects. Mindfulness tools – used to reduce stress in students. Exercises and mindfulness tools for own work, e.g. counteracting the effects of excessive stress.
– digital on-line methodological guide with housing (scripts, animations, interactive exercises)
– digital report of good practices.
Activities undertaken as part of the project will take place with the participation of experts and practitioners using new multimedia.
Detailed goals of the project:
– creating comprehensive 7 e-learning courses – graphic posts, videocasts, presentations using the e-learning training methodology,
– conducting test training (tests, evaluation and validation of the solution) to check and evaluate the developed topics and content of the training;
– creating a methodological guide for the teacher using the e-learning training methodology; 1 on-line guide, within the guide’s casing produced
min. will be made available 3 animations, min. 6 assembled presentations, min. 12 scenarios, 12 work cards;
– creating a digital report of good practices: gathering knowledge, experience, good practices, effective and innovative training methods in the area of ​​competence improvement
